It is worth mentioning that LinkedIn automatically shows the companies hiring employee relations registered and working in the country which you previously recorded as your location in LinkedIn. You can choose your preferred job as on-site, hybrid, or remote.
The button before the last is “Easy Apply”. If you click, then only the companies will be shown that have an easy application form.
Briefly, the “Apply” button will link you to the website of company but through the “Easy Apply”, you can directly apply without any need to go outside LinkedIn. Both buttons are shown in the following pictures.
